Your goods are sent first class with Royal Mail and you'll be required to sign for your goods. We aim to despatch orders, subject to availability, within 48 hours.
Any lost or delayed packages via Royal Mail will be subject to Royal Mail’s terms and conditions.
Our standard UK shipping charge is £3.00, regardless of the size or weight of your order.

We don't like plastic so we have sourced recycled packaging, which we encourage you to use again. Any bubble wrap we use is degradable, jewellery boxes and tissue are recycled.

Frugal Cool dispatches all goods from Scotland. We can post nationally or internationally.
All our products come with a no quibble guarantee against defects, and we will try to repair goods, even after extended use.
If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we're happy to offer a refund or an exchange as long as this is requested within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Goods must be returned to the designer in perfect condition and accompanied by the delivery note.
Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer's expense and we recommend registered post as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.
We will always respect the privacy of your personal details and account information. The UK Data Protection Act governs all data collection and storage by Frugal Cool. We will not divulge your email address or send you our own emails unless you agree to it. You will always have the right to access and modify any data about you that is held by Frugal Cool.
